Ajman civild defence director general brigadier Abdulaziz Ali Al Shamsi accompanied by colonel Rashid Jassim Mujlad depruty general director, colonel Adil Saif Al Matroushi civil protection and safety head department, his deputy, Faisal Mohamed Al shaiba inspected the construction workflow at customer happiness center where developing maintenance work is going on, to facilitate providing the best services to the customer, regarding quality and speed of completion, to go in line with the consecutive developments towards customer happiness to surpass even their expectations.
Brigadier Al Shamsi stated that following the directions of the federal government, the directorate is to respond to the customers’ requests without delay by making the best efforts to fulfill them at the suitable time. H.E. instructed to simplify the procedures and decrease the time for providing the service, to improve the customer services’ quality, by opening smart channels, keeping up with the developments witnessed by the country in the modern technological scopes.
Brigadier Al Shamsi added, we welcome the customers’ ideas, proposals and their impression about our services, by providing many channels and give the chance to all customers to share with us developing our services.
He confirmed, developing customers’ happiness center comes by our striving to create motivating work environment enabling the employees to perform their duties and responsibilities at their best and to achieve creativity and excellence by providing the best services to the customers.
He called for cooperation and work with team spirit to achieve the strategic objectives and providing the best customer services.
