Lt. colonel Ailan Eissa Al Shamsi, operations department head at Ajman civil defence unveiled the accomplishment of educating police stations staff at the emirate at the rate of 100% through organizing cultural workshops on security& safety requirements and establishments’ readiness..
Al Shamsi announced that the directorate targeted the health and educational sector at the emirate, where it achieved 100% on educating the working staff at the health centers affiliated to the ministry of health & community protection. At the same time, finished almost 70% at the governmental schools in the emirate.
He declared that the cultural workshops plans set out to achieve the strategic objectives for ensuring establishments’ readiness and building of safety teams inside the establishments
He explained that the mechanism of educating the entities depends on 5 main axes: the first axis includes defining the crucial requirements and establishments’ addressing, the second axis includes explaining the method of building safety team and discussing the roles. The third axis includes the required conditions and adhering with the same for determining the assembly point.
He added, that the fourth axis includes the methods of writing the evacuation plan, as well as the last axis includes the preventive requirements which must be available and be applied the establishment.
In the light of these axes, the establishment is divided into sectors to facilitate the safety teams building and plan writing and determine the requirements, the assembly points and insuring adhering with the prevention requirements, to start conducting the fictional evacuation exercises.
