Brigadier Rashid Mujlad inspects customers’ happiness center at Ajman civil defence

Brigadier Rashid Mujlad, Ajman civil defence deputy director general inspected customers’ happiness center, where he has been received by 1st. lieutenant Eng. Majid Mohamed Al Nuaimi prevention & safety department head and the center supervisor 1st. Adjutant Salim Al Rahmah Al Mazroui.
This visit aimed to review the workflow at the customers’ reception office and to stand to what level of applying the excellence standards related to customer’s happiness, obstacles confronting them and the performance indicators related to customers’ satisfaction, where the brigadier headed to the reception hall and reviewed the followed procedures by receiving and serving the customers, as well as the best practices applied by the center to make its customers happy. He discussed the importance of facilitating the customers’ procedures and providing them excellent services.
He, as well listened to detailed explanation from prevention & safety department head on the facilities, programs and the systems offered, which have been updated to develop the performance at the customers’ happiness center.
Brigadier Mujlad braised as well the staff performance and the efforts done by civil protection and safety department head and the staff on facilitating   the customers’ services provision procedures, providing comprehensive service, preserving the speed and accuracy by accomplishing the assignments, improving the performance quality to upgrade the job to the highest level and providing  excellent services.

 In the framework of this tour, brigadier Al Mujlad assured the importance to identify the customers’ needs, reviewing their opinions and suggestions, do apply that as possible to achieve happiness and satisfaction. He drew the attention, that shall pour into the state approach, by executing the state orientations which consolidate happiness concepts through innovative methods based on the customers’ service charter and highlighting the state commitments on providing services that shall achieve customers satisfaction and happiness.
